🌱💚 A day of learning, laughter, and growing together!
A heartfelt thank you to Cheryl and Margie from Landmark Medical Center for spending the day with our amazing students in Room 5 at Cornerstone School as part of our Hearts in the Hallways partnership.
Thanks to their support, our students were able to visit a local greenhouse, explore the beautiful plants, and choose flowers and vegetables to bring back to school and plant in their garden. This special outing simply would not have been possible without Cheryl and Margie lending a helping hand alongside our teachers.
Back at school, they had the opportunity to see the new reading nook purchased through Landmark Medical Center's classroom sponsorship—a cozy space that is already bringing so much joy to our students. The best part? Cheryl and Margie have already promised to return later this season when the vegetables are ready for a pizza and salad party! 🍕🥗
