This month, YPR Fresno hosted a meditation and sound bath session — a calm, supportive space for people in recovery to slow down, reconnect, and be together.

Participants engaged in guided meditation and sound healing focused on stress reduction, mindfulness, and emotional balance. This is what pro-social recovery looks like: substance-free environments where real connection happens and people don't have to navigate it alone.

Grateful for everyone in Fresno who keeps showing up.

Are you a parent of a middle or high school aged child in Northborough or Southborough? We need your help!!

Please consider taking the time to participate in one of our parent & caregiver focus groups this May! The goal of Encompass is to provide the most data-driven and community-informed prevention programming possible to Northborough & Southborough.

In order to do that, we need input from real families about how they perceive substance use and health behaviors in the community! This is an opportunity for parents to help shape the future of drug and alcohol prevention for kids, but also to voice any concerns they may have now that are happening in real time!
