We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Idris Dahod back to Quality Kids Kare!
Dr. Dahod brings with him an impressive career dedicated to pediatrics, pediatric gastroenterology, nutrition, community health, and caring for underserved families.
Dr. Dahod earned his medical degree (MD) from JN Medical College in Belgaum, India, completed his Pediatric Residency at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA, and went on to complete a Fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Brown University in Providence, RI.
Dr. Dahod later expanded his experience through leadership roles at eClinicalWorks and as a pediatrician at Quality Kids Kare. In 2020–2021, he stepped away from Quality Kids Kare to focus on an important COVID-19 vaccine initiative. As a lead physician with the Equity Vaccine Clinic, Dr. Dahod and his dedicated team helped administer more than 50,000 COVID-19 vaccines, making a tremendous impact in our community.
His commitment to serving others has continued throughout the years. Since 2019, Dr. Dahod has served as a pediatrician with St. Anne’s Free Medical Program in Shrewsbury, providing no-cost medical care to children and adults, including physical exams, vaccines, laboratory services, and assistance navigating health care coverage.
In 2024, Dr. Dahod further expanded his community work by joining Framingham’s Latino Health Insurance Program as a physician and vaccine coordinator. There, he provides pediatric primary care in a culturally sensitive environment, with a focus on the needs of immigrant and underserved communities.
We are incredibly excited to have Dr. Dahod returning to Quality Kids Kare. His extensive experience, dedication to community health, and passion for caring for children make his return especially meaningful.
Welcome back, Dr. Dahod! We are so happy to have you as part of the Quality Kids Kare family once again!
