Are you dissatisfied with some aspect of your life? My name is Robin Bahr Casey and my practice, Integrated Hypnosis and Life Coaching, takes pride in being an holistic practice and an integrated practice, one which sees you as whole individual, rather than just as a single issue, and offers a combination of several helpful approaches. I am certified and experienced as a Consulting Hypnotist (CCH)

and Holistic Life Coach (CHLC). I am both skilled and compassionate in my dealings with clients. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your current life -- personal, professional, relational -- when you compare it to the life you dream of, I can help. In my role as a facilitator, I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you identify what your dream is and what the obstacles are to reaching it. Once you and I have identified those things you see (and, perhaps one or two things not immediately seen) as holding you back, I can offer further coaching, hypnosis, conflict resolution, time management skills, and/or a personality profile as a way or ways to help you overcome the obstacles and make a specific plan to reach your goal, to make your dream your reality. My passion is helping you make positive life changes.

NAMI Central MA FAMILY-2-FAMILY REGISTRATION REMINDER!!!

NAMI Central MA President John R. Casey commented today how extremely rewarding and humbling it is to look at all the names on the registration list for NAMI CM's upcoming Family-2-Family program and again realize how many of you feel that the program addresses and provides the tools to improve the issues with which you and other family members are battling. The project leaders look forward to meeting you all in a safe, non-judgmental environment ~ and remind you to commend yourselves for the strength it requires to take this and other pro-active steps to tackling the many facets of mental illness caregiving.

The article below offers 14 useful methods for developing or re-discovering a strong sense of self-worth. At IHLC, Robin Bahr Casey takes the important general advice touched upon and works closely with individuals to personalize those methods as well as additional approaches to create a "self-worth plan" that has the most significant and lasting positive impact for each client.

None of us can escape all insecurities, but carrying around the belief that one is not good enough, is worth less than others, or simply has nothing to offer in not only emotionally painful, but can also be quite damaging.

Why waste any more time before discovering and embracing all that you ARE and all that you DO have to offer?
