Since September 2026 we have been in front of 225 students in the classroom. In previous years we reached similar numbers closer to the end of October or early November. We hope to positively impact as many students' lives as possible, so the more students we can have conversations with, the better.

As we work to develop an effective way to measure the impact of our programming, we currently measure the quantity of our presentations. Connecting and communicating with schools and educators early, coupled with our growing staff, has allowed us to visit earlier in the school year and increase our reach.

Your gift, time and support have made a difference, and we will continue to make sure that happen as we are on track to significantly surpass our numbers from last year!

Have you seen these tips before?
We share this content again knowing that when we are stressed, busy or going through changes, we might "know" how to take care of ourselves but prioritizing our wellbeing and remembering to do these things might feel challenging with so much going on.

"How was your day?" can be a nice way to start a conversation. We wanted to share some other questions if recounting a full school day feels overwhelming or exhausting.
