The Latin American Health Alliance/Hector Reyes House is a non-profit organization with the goal of treating substance use disorder and providing culturally appropriate treatment The program includes:

• Individual treatment plans
• ESL courses
• Educational programs for Literacy and GED completion
• Spirituality
• Health Awareness through Physical Fitness programs, Nutrition Education, and Disease
• Management support
• Access to AA, NA, and other 12 step programs
• Employment opportunities, with development of labor agreements with local businesses
• Training in vocational, educational, and social skills
• Business Model to allow work experience in order to help the residents defray cost of care and allow them to develop the skills to continue directly into the workforce after completion of the program

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder that recovery is not just about overcoming challenges. It is about rebuilding lives, restoring hope, and discovering the strength that has always been within.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the graduates of Hector Reyes House. Each graduate's journey reflects courage, resilience, commitment, and the determination to choose a better path every single day. Recovery is not a destination but a lifelong journey, and today marks an important milestone along that road.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this special day possible. Thank you to our dedicated staff, volunteers, family members, supporters, community partners, and all those who continue to believe in the mission of Hector Reyes House. Your guidance, encouragement, and compassion help create an environment where healing and transformation can happen.

🎊 Celebrations for every Milestone 🥳

Today, we had the privilege of recognizing the participants who completed the MassHire BOUNCE Program. Their journey has been one of growth, perseverance, self-discovery, and preparation for the opportunities ahead.
Each participant came to the program with unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

Through commitment, hard work, and a willingness to learn, they developed valuable skills that will serve them in the workplace, in their education, and throughout their lives.

Investing in people means investing in the future of our community. Watching these participants build confidence, expand their horizons, and take meaningful steps toward their goals has been both inspiring and rewarding.

To our graduates: this accomplishment is only the beginning. Continue to believe in yourselves, take advantage of new opportunities, and never underestimate your ability to make a difference. Today, we had the honor of celebrating the incredible achievements of our newest Recovery Coach graduates. Their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to helping others on their recovery journey inspire us all! Your hard work and dedication have brought you to this moment, and we look forward to seeing the hope, guidance, and support you will bring to individuals and families throughout our community.

A special thank you to The Reliant Foundation for your generous support through grant funding that helped make these Recovery Coach classes possible. Investments like these strengthen our workforce, expand access to recovery support services, and help build healthier, more resilient communities.
