A little AI fun and fail 😂. ChatGPT could not understand how I use elbows and not just fingers.
I do a lot of trigger point in my massage. Those knots, tight spots, areas in your tissues that call for attention, yeah I find them, feel them and sink in until they release. My massages are always therapeutic with a goal of less pain with a nervous system reset. Give your body some attention this February. It’s the only body you get in this life. Love it! 💖🙌
