What an incredible way to close out five days of education, connection, and inspiration. Grateful to have shared this experience with such a talented group of stylists, along with the founder of Natulique and their amazing team and educators who traveled all the way from Denmark and The Netherlands.

In a world that’s becoming increasingly virtual, this was a powerful reminder of the value of real, in-person connection.

Learning, growing, and being inspired by the people behind the brand who make it all possible for us has my heart so full. I’m beyond grateful to be part of the Natulique family!

In this reel you’ll see two techniques:
Dry brushing to prep and awaken the scalp, followed by a quick scalp massage to calm, rebalance, and support healthy hair growth.
I’ll be offering this mini experience at the Holiday Wellness Event at Vita Hydration in Worcester this Sunday 12/14 from 12–4 PM —
15 minutes for $20 with the option to add a complimentary scalp oil treatment.
✨ Why dry brushing?
The NATULIQUE brushes I use have two types of bristles working together:
• Rubber bristles stimulate circulation, loosen buildup, and prep follicles for healthier growth.
• Boar bristles move your natural oils from the scalp down your hair shaft — one of the best ways to hydrate and protect your hair during the dry winter months.

✨ Last night’s gratitude soundbath was truly special✨
One of the beautiful souls who attends regularly brought me this bouquet as a thank you and truly warmed my heart! I’m so grateful for her, and for the connections this work has brought into my life.
As I guided everyone through the practice of gratitude, something unexpected came up for me too…
I found myself feeling grateful for something really hard that happened earlier this year which was when one of my singing bowls broke. At the time, it felt devastating, but last night I realized how much that moment symbolized the end of a chapter I had already outgrown and how that break was the quiet beginning of a new one.
Not long after, the idea for my head spa came to me, and since then my life has been filled with new people, new opportunities, and blessings I couldn’t have predicted. For all of it — the beautiful, the painful, and the transformative — I’m deeply grateful.
Gratitude isn’t just for the easy moments; it’s the thread that helps us see meaning in the transitions, the lessons, and the quiet shifts that change our lives.
I’m so excited to close out this year with a full heart… and for everything that’s coming in the next. 🤍✨

One of the most common yet unexpected questions I get is how I chose the products I use in my salon.

As the energy of autumn invites us to slow down, these cozy, candlelit soundbaths are an opportunity to unwind, release, and reconnect through sound and stillness.
Each session is intuitively guided by the rhythm of the season — soothing crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones to help you rest deeply and realign your energy.
