I would like to start by thanking Ambrosia Wellness for affording me the opportunity to remain operational. As a result of our relocation to the new building, family responsibilities, and professional obligations, I have not had the chance to update everyone on my hours in quite some time. I will be working daily at my full-time job through the 14th of this month, and then again from the 19th to the 29th of October. Due to unforeseen family circumstances, I will be unable to open on September 23. Nevertheless, my business will operate as usual today, September 22, and Wednesday, September 24, from 3-5:30. These meals include 150 grams of chicken breast, 120 grams of brown rice, and 120 grams of vegetables, all prepared with minimal cooking oil. This meal option costs around $4 and took me about an hour to prepare. 50 grams protein 50 grams carbs about 550 calories.
