From rural towns to urban neighborhoods, Community Health Centers are there, serving patients of all demographics.

This includes veterans, people without housing, older adults, and expectant parents.

In 2024 alone, health centers provided prenatal care to more than 638,000 patients. Over two-thirds were seen in the first trimester, a critical window for healthy outcomes.

Early and consistent prenatal care at health centers is proven to improve birth outcomes like higher birth weights and fewer preterm births.

That’s what it means to meet people where they are — with care they can trust, no matter their circumstances.
