It was just about 10 years ago that I left Universal School to take on administrative roles outside of the school. Last Monday I was invited back to present for the school in-service training on bringing out the best in our teachers and students! I had the opportunity to talk about what I love most.. behavior reduction and proactive strategies to help our teachers and students thrive! Thank you Universal School for inviting me to present! Everyone was very receptive to the information I was sharing and it was wonderful walking the halls again and reconnecting with former colleagues!
