GLP-1 results can look very different from one person to the next—and slower progress doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong.
But there are a few things I wouldn’t simply ignore:
1. You’re seeing little to no progress despite consistently following your treatment plan.
2. Your progress has completely stalled or started moving backwards after initially doing well.
3. You’re losing weight, but you feel worse—extreme fatigue, significant muscle loss, persistent side effects, or struggling to eat enough to properly nourish your body.
Age, hormones, thyroid health, muscle mass, insulin resistance, nutrition, medications, sleep, stress, and other metabolic factors can all influence how your body responds.
The goal isn’t to compare your results to someone else’s.
It’s to understand your response—and look deeper when something isn’t adding up.
