Good afternoon!
Just wanted to stop on here and say that if you have left us a voice message on our landline and we haven't gotten back to you we have been dealing with sick kids and then us not feeling well too, unfortunately for many weeks now. SO, sorry if you feel like you have been ignored. Between the flooding issue we had, the remodel, colds/flus, and general life issues we have been busy trying to curb the chaos.
A few things I wanted to remind everyone. 112 Federal Way is THE POST OFFICE's address. We cannot deliver your packages to the post office. If at all possible, please put your corrected physical address on your shipping labels. We are human and work really hard to remember where everyone lives. If your address is wrong, it will probably go to the wrong address. Due diligence is greatly appreciated for timely deliveries.
If you have a return to bring us, please plan on dropping it off when Alaska Airlines has landed and someone is downstairs in the office. We cannot leave the door unlocked and the office unattended due to security reasons. Most of the time we are here but we do have other errands to run. We are aware of this is an inconvenience and are working on a better option, that we will work on after the office is finished.
Last item of business. Please quit stopping our drivers for your packages! If we have it, it will be delivered to you. It is unsafe, time consuming and a distraction for our drivers. Again the only time we hold packages is if it is a request from someone. You will get it when you get it. 🤷‍♀️
