🚨 Know the Signs of Abnormal Blood Pressure 🚨

Blood pressure issues don’t always announce themselves loudly… but when they do, your body is waving a red flag.

⚠️ Watch for these warning signs:

🔺 Severe headaches
🔺 Dizziness or feeling lightheaded
🔺 Blurred or double vision
🔺 Chest pain or tightness
🔺 Shortness of breath
🔺 Irregular heartbeat or pounding pulse
🔺 Nosebleeds (especially frequent or sudden)
🔺 Fatigue or confusion
