Jamesport Cafe activity this afternoon: Belgian Waffle sundaes made to order! You can't see the ice cream in this picture, but options were vanilla or harlequin ice cream, caramel or hot fudge, whipped cream, strawberry sauce and cherry on top! I love my job!

Sunday was National Ice Cream Day. What better way to celebrate than to have an ice cream social? Foxboro Our Redeemer Lutheran Church made their annual summer visit and brought ice cream, all the toppings, and lots of love and good cheer! Thank you!!

This Sunday in the formal dining room! Thank you, Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, for bringing joy, smiles and delicious ice cream sundaes with all the toppings to Alliance Health at Maples. They arrive at 1:00 to set up and we start serving at 1:30 pm.

Sunday, July 19th 1:00pm: We will host our annual ice cream social at Alliance Health Maples care facility in Wrentham at 1 pm until around 3. The Social Ministry will provide ice cream, whipped cream and toppings but we need scoopers, servers and folks who like to fellowship. If this is you, please join us! There is a sign-up sheet on the church bulletin board.

About the only thing missing from our Independence Day celebration at the Maples was fireworks!!! We want to extend our thanks to everyone who made this amazing day possible. All the planning leading up to this morning came to fruition. The heat and humidity couldn't put a damper on our enthusiasm. Stay tuned for pictures of our wonderful day!
