Yesterday, our team spent the day delivering cookies to clients and caregivers throughout the Downriver community for National Day of Joy!

It was a simple gesture, but one that brought plenty of smiles. We are so grateful for opportunities to brighten someone’s day, and for the incredible clients and caregivers who make what we do so meaningful. 💛

For a few hours yesterday, our Comfort Keepers team swapped care plans for flower trays 🌼

We spent the afternoon volunteering for Thriving Together Action Day where we helping organize flowers at the Taylor Conservatory for their upcoming plant sale, getting our hands dirty, and spending time giving back alongside others in the community.

Our admin team had a fun and unique experience this week.

We had the chance to join the Detroit Ladies Group bus trip, hosted by Laura Fennell through the Downriver Business Association.

From exploring key historical sites to learning more about the story behind Downtown Detroit, it was one of those experiences that makes you appreciate the community and history right in our backyard.

Grateful for opportunities like this to connect with others, learn, and step outside the day to day!

Our sweet Jessica!

Jess just hit her one year mark at Comfort Keepers, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate her. She brings so much warmth to her role and treats everyone she meets - seniors, families, and teammates with the same genuine kindness and respect.

Jess is the kind of person who shows up with a smile every day, jumps in wherever she’s needed, and makes all of CK feel truly cared for. We’re so lucky to have her heart on our team.
