Do you share your CGM Data with anyone?

If you listened to Episode 91 of Think Like a Pancreas--The Podcast, you will have heard Dr. Bill Polonsky state that sharing your CGM data with a loved one or trusted friend is a great way to stay safe during extreme hypoglycemia.

IDS clinician and CDCES, Anna Sabino admitted that she did not share her data for a variety of reasons including not wanting to feel like she is a burden.

This got us wondering...do you share your CGM data? Let us know in the comments.

There isn't a day that goes by when diabetes isn't followed by the "what if" thought.

She isn't alone.

People with diabetes always have to consider what their diabetes is doing before they do everything from walk their dog to take a nap.

That can become overwhelming.

When that overwhelm becomes too much, contact Integrated Diabetes Services at +1(610) 642-6055 and book an appointment with Anna. Not only does she understand on a personal level, she is also a mental healthcare specialist and a CDCES.

Is your AID system working for you — or against you?

You chose automated insulin delivery to make life with T1D easier, but if your glucose is still swinging, your pump is still guessing, and you're still waking up at 2am to fix things manually... something's off.

The good news? It's almost always fixable.

AID systems like the Omnipod 5, Tandem Control-IQ, Medtronic 780G, iLet, and twiist are powerful — when they're set up right.

The difference between frustrating and life-changing often comes down to a few key settings.

Our clinicians know this firsthand. They live with T1D too.

Something big is coming that could change how your system works for you.

Make sure to follow us. You will hear it here first!
