This week coming up, I will be on vacation; however, classes will still be held at THE WELL-FIT STUDIO - 777 Wyo. Ave., Kingston.
**Monday (17) at 9:30 am with Mary (Core Flow Yoga) and 6:00 pm with Kendra (Yin Yoga).
**Wednesday (19) at 9:30 am with Kendra (Yin Yoga) and
6:00 pm with Mary (Core Flow Yoga with weights).
There will be no Chair Yoga class on Friday.

Everyone is talking about Marilyn Bubblo Giambra’s Hatha yoga class with essential oils🗣️

Today, Marilyn kicked off day two of our soft opening!

These are just a few of the beautiful faces that came by to see our studio and joined us for an exceptional flow of healing and renewal!✨✨✨🙏🏼

If you are interested in Marilyn’s Hatha Yoga class with essential oils, you can register on Momence, or we will be happy to help you at the desk when you stop in.

Marilyn will be teaching Hatha yoga with her essential oils Mondays at 930 am and 600 pm. Wednesdays at 930 am and 600 pm.

Fridays she will be teaching chair yoga at 930 am.
