Three things I wish I knew before starting chiropractic care:

Feeling better and healing are not the same thing. Being tired all the time isn't normal. And chiropractic care is about more than back pain.

It's easy to accept certain symptoms as "just getting older" or "just part of life," but that doesn't always make them normal.
