This beautiful patient came to Dr. Brian K. Reedy four years ago ready to reclaim her body after motherhood. This is why an augmentation + breast lift is so much more than simply choosing an implant. ✨

Take another look at the BEFORE.

This patient came to me with significant breast ptosis, very enlarged areolae, loss of upper-pole volume and noticeable breast asymmetry. Correcting all of those issues in a single operation—and creating breasts that still look soft, proportional and natural—is one of the more technically demanding procedures in aesthetic breast surgery.

Her transformation was accomplished with a Motiva Ergonomix® implant placed in the subfascial plane combined with a superior-pedicle “lollipop” mastopexy.

The implant restores volume and beautiful shape, while the lift allows me to reshape and elevate her own breast tissue, reduce the enlarged areolae, reposition the nipple-areolar complexes and address the significant asymmetry she started with.

And the goal isn’t perfection or two artificially identical breasts.

The goal is balance. Proportion. Softness. And a breast that looks like it belongs on her body. ❤️

What I particularly love about this result is the transition from the upper pole into the lower breast: beautiful fullness without an obvious implant edge, excellent lower-pole curvature, dramatically improved symmetry and appropriately proportioned areolae.

That combination is what makes this result special.
