⚔AUGUST ATHLETE OF THE MONTH! ⚔

This month, Alpha Therapy is proud to highlight the 25-26 Bland County High School Girls tennis Team! They had a notable season this year!

The first team in over a decade to make it to the State Finals, the girls brought home the State Champion title with a 5-1 victory.

Not only did the team snap Rappahannock's championship streak, they busted their 73 game win streak!

Congratulations, BCHS Girls Tennis team! Keep up the good work!

Recovery starts before the next practice. 💪🏈

We were excited to welcome some of the George Wythe football players to Alpha Therapy's Recovery Lab! The team had the opportunity to experience some of our recovery services and learn how proper recovery can help improve performance, reduce soreness, and prepare them for the season ahead.

Dr. Josh Stephens spoke with the athletes about the importance of nutrition and fueling their bodies for success—because what you do off the field is just as important as what you do on it.

We're proud to support our local athletes and help keep them healthy, strong, and game-ready. Good luck this season, Maroons! 🏈
