When we are chronically dehydrated, drinking plain water isn't enough because our cells require electrolytes to actually absorb the moisture. Sea salt provides the essential sodium needed to open up cellular pathways, allowing water to fully pe*****te the cells for deep, lasting hydration.

* Tip of the day:
drink an electrolyte drink with sea salt in it before your colonic hydrotherapy appointment for your best results.
Stay Salty
