Located in the center of residential Yankton, this unique location and caring facility was our first Angelhaus in Yankton, and we have expanded our horizons by offering care for individuals who need extra attention to their mental and behavioral health. We were the first assisted living facility in Northeastern South Dakota to bridge the gap between residential care and nursing homes, and now we e

ven go beyond that. With a strong belief in "Aging in Place", and licensure including hospice care and full assistance with ADL's, our center has become a viable nursing home alternative. Dignified living & compassionate care for your loved ones

Whether your loved one is independent, has mild to severe memory loss, or needs assistance with daily activities, our nurses tailor an individual and adaptable plan that is best suited for him or her. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life of our residents for the rest of their life, through the professional, compassionate care offered by our well-trained staff in a safe, comfortable environment where even the food tastes like home.
