Got plantar fasciitis? 🦶💥
Had a bunch of peeps ask me what to do about their barking dogs & I got you! I ALWAYS start with the frozen water bottle technique: take a frozen water bottle & put it on the ground…roll it back-and-forth on bottoms of your feet. The cold will assist with the inflammation & the firmness of the ice will break up any adhesions! 👍😉 A lot of y’all also asked about these little balls for ur feet… & they are amazing but can become quite thee investment. I found if you type in “heavy duty dog toys” on Amazon, you will find massage tools that are 3/4 the price of the actual massage tools themselves. Some of those items are the “ plantar fasciitis balls” & they work GREAT!🦶🤗

We had an amazing time at the Nisqually Valley Barbecue Rally!🍗🍖😋🤤🎉
