Yoakum Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

🎉 B-I-N-G-O! What a great time we had at our monthly Community Bingo! A huge thank you to everyone from the Yoakum community who joined us for an afternoon full of fun, laughter, and friendly competition.

We love opening our doors every last Tuesday of the month to spend time with our neighbors! We can't wait to see everyone again next month! 🎲💙
