Our Care Our Care, located in York, PA, provides relationship-based primary care and urgent care. In his spare time, he like to stay active as an amateur athlete.

The CEO, Damir Mujic, DNP, FNP-C, has almost a decade of direct patient care experience ranging from primary care to infectious disease. Dr. Mujic specializes in preventative medicine and has a special interest in providing care to the underserved to help his community flourish. He’s received a Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice specializing in Organizational and Systems Leadership from the University of Southern Indiana. Originally from Bosnia, he now calls York County home with his wife and three children. You can also find him teaching nursing students and refereeing local football games. He loves to camp and spend time with his family.

We are switching to a new Electronic Health Record /Billing system to ease some of the confusion we all have been experiencing over the last year. This transition will take place over the next 14 days. In order to do so we had to turn off the direct messaging via the Elation Patient Portal. You will not be able to send us direct messages for now. If you need anything from us please call us at 717-515-5532 until we are up and running with the new system.
