White Oak of York is a 109 bed skilled nursing center located within driving distance of Piedmont Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, short term rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation services in our state-of-the-art therapy gym. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our interdisciplinary team develops an a

ppropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of York is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

🎶 At the car wash! 🎶

We brought the car wash to White Oak Manor York—and the residents had a ball! There was water spraying, bubbles everywhere, music playing, and plenty of laughter while the wheels got cleaned and refreshed.

It was hot, a little messy, and completely worth it. Thank you to everyone who helped bring residents outside, worked the wash line, and joined in the fun.

Our Father’s Day celebration was made even more special thanks to our friends at Freedom Temple Church of Rock Hill! We are so grateful for your kindness, fellowship, and support of our residents. Partnerships like this make a lasting difference, and we look forward to many more years of celebrating together.

A very special thank you to Princess Santiago for bringing everything together and helping make this event such a success. We truly appreciate you!

From tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies! 🦋

Our residents had the wonderful opportunity to help raise butterflies and then watch them take flight during a special butterfly release. It was a joyful reminder that growth, change, and beauty can happen at every stage of life.

There were plenty of smiles, great conversations, and excitement as everyone watched the butterflies begin their next journey.

What a wonderful week of celebration at White Oak Manor of York during National Skilled Nursing Care Week. From Western Day and our Greasers vs. Preps Sock Hop with Music Bingo and ice cream floats, to a lively Fiesta Day and our Pajama Pancake Jam Party finale, the week was filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful moments.

A heartfelt thank you to our residents, staff, families, volunteers, and vendors for helping make this week so special. Your support, energy, and kindness helped create memories that will be cherished long after the decorations come down.

What an incredible start to our National Skilled Nursing Care Week celebration at White Oak Manor of York.

Monday, residents took a walk on the wild side during our Into the Wild Day, featuring an exotic animal petting zoo filled with unique and fascinating animals. The joy, excitement, and curiosity on everyone’s faces made the day truly unforgettable.

Tuesday brought a blast from the past with our Greasers vs. Preps Day and Sock Hop celebration. Residents and staff showed off their throwback styles while enjoying classic music, dancing, and Music Bingo that had the whole room smiling, singing along, and reminiscing on favorite memories from years gone by.

These past two days have been filled with laughter, fellowship, and meaningful moments that remind us how special this week truly is. We are grateful for the memories being made together and excited for all the fun still to come.

Recently, our residents enjoyed a special outing to Milk Train Creamery in Clover, SC, where we met up with our sister facility from Kings Mountain.

It was a wonderful day of fellowship, laughter, and sweet treats as everyone enjoyed delicious ice cream and time spent together. We are grateful for moments like these that bring our communities together and create lasting memories.

Our Grace Cottage Christmas Party at White Oak Manor of York was a beautiful celebration filled with sweet desserts, gorgeous poinsettias, and lots of holiday cheer. Special thanks to Leah, our Business Office Manager, for playing the piano and creating such a warm atmosphere. And a big thank you to our resident Mr. Robert and his granddaughter for performing “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.” It truly made the day extra special.

White Oak Manor of York wants to give a sincere thank you to everyone who donated to our residents this Christmas. Thank you to churches, local businesses, families, and individuals in the community who called and asked how they could help, along with everyone who supported our Amazon registry. The outpouring of generosity was truly overwhelming. With Santa delivering gifts and our administrative team serving as his elves, every single resident received a gift and had an amazing Christmas. Thank you for showing up for our residents in such a big way.

We want to send a big thank you to Metrolina Greenhouses and these two gentlemen for donating a literal truckload of poinsettias for our residents. This was an incredible donation — the poinsettias are beautiful, and they immediately brightened up our entire building. We truly appreciate your generosity and support during the holiday season.
