What a day to celebrate community! 🌞

Heritage of Yorktown was proud to host our Senior Spring Fling, bringing together some amazing local organizations to connect with seniors and families in our area. Great conversations, helpful resources, and a whole lot of good energy all around.

A big thank you to all of our wonderful partners who came out — Guardian Angel Hospice, LifeStream, Future Choices, Albany Senior Living, Ball State University, and everyone else who joined us!

Not even a rainy day could slow us down. 🌧️💚

This morning, Heritage of Yorktown partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana and Envive Healthcare of Muncie to bring complimentary fresh produce to our residents and neighbors at Pilgrim Place right here in the community.

Bananas, salad greens, fresh veggies — handed off truck to door with smiles all around. This is what it looks like when a community shows up for each other, rain and all. 🥬🍌

A big thank you to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana and Envive Healthcare of Muncie for making this possible. We're proud to be a place that gives back. 🙏
