✨ Thank You to Our Amazing Case Managers! ✨

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of the incredible Case Managers who came out to our marketing event. We were honored to welcome teams from Riverside Regional Medical, Select Specialty Hospital, Sentara CarePlex, Mary Immaculate Hospital, and Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center.

We had such a wonderful time connecting, sharing meaningful conversations about life, work, rehabilitation, and the importance of collaboration in patient care.

One of the highlights of the evening was giving our guests a tour of our beautiful Regency Health & Rehabilitation facility. Even more special was the opportunity for Case Managers to see some of their former patients featured on our Recovery Success Board.

Seeing the smiles on their faces when they realized how far their patients had come — and seeing those patients successfully working toward getting back into the community — was truly priceless. ❤️

At the end of the day, the patient is who matters most. Their recovery, their progress, and their journey are the reason we do what we do.

And, of course, we couldn’t end the evening without having some fun! 🥳🔥 We enjoyed hibachi outside, great food, laughter, and even better company.

It was also a pleasure introducing Lifeworks Rehab and sharing more about the incredible work we can accomplish when we collaborate.

🤝 Because when we work together, we move mountains.

Thank you again to everyone who took the time to join us. We appreciate you, we value the partnerships we’ve built, and we look forward to continuing to work together to make a difference in the lives of the patients we serve.

Yesterday was a great success! A huge thank you to my coworker K. Renee' Alston MSN RN CEN for organizing such a phenomenal marketing event with Norfolk General Hospital and Sentara Leigh Hospital.

The collaboration was truly worthwhile. We had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, strengthen partnerships, and continue sharing how LifeWorks Rehab supports both current and future residents through exceptional rehabilitation and compassionate care.

Events like these remind me that strong healthcare partnerships create better outcomes for our patients and communities. I look forward to continuing to grow these relationships and making a lasting impact.
