This Life Counseling, PLLC A therapy group specializing in trauma, addiction, grief, & other mental health struggles I believe everyone has a story, and everyone's story is worth telling.

I am a social worker with a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and/or early childhood disrupted attachments. I also enjoy empowering individuals to deal with mental health problems and to overcome addiction. I have had my own personal struggle with adversity throughout my life and chose to continue my education, professional training, and practice with a focus

on mental health, substance abuse, and trauma. There is value in everyone's experiences, both good and bad, and I enjoy helping others find meaning in these experiences.

This Life Counseling in Yorkville, IL is looking to add fully licensed clinicians to our therapy practice (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD).
Our group practice values generalized and specialized providers.
General competencies could include:
• Individual therapy/counseling
• anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, grief, anger, and other stress-related problems
