Creativity is always in full bloom at Park Vista! 🎨✨

Our Independent Living residents enjoyed a relaxing watercolor doodle craft, creating beautiful works of art while spending quality time together. Activities like these encourage socialization, help combat loneliness, provide cognitive stimulation, reduce stress, strengthen fine motor skills, and, most importantly, bring plenty of laughter and smiles along the way.

As we enjoy the sunshine, it’s important to remember to protect our skin and eyes from harmful UV rays. Simple steps like wearing sunscreen, seeking shade during peak sun hours, wearing protective clothing, and sunglasses can go a long way in preventing sun damage.

We encourage everyone to stay safe, stay protected, and enjoy the summer responsibly. 💙

Every blood donation has the power to help patients in need, and your generosity can truly make an impact.
