✨ **NEW MUSIC FROM SOLAE GRACE — “WHO CLAPS FOR YOU?”** ✨

We celebrate strength.
We admire independence.
We praise the people who seem to handle everything on their own.

But sometimes we forget to ask a much more important question:

**Who claps for them?**

Who celebrates their victories when no one knows how hard they fought to get there?
Who calls just because?
Who notices the person who is always noticing everyone else?

Sometimes the strongest person in the room didn't choose to become strong. They simply learned how to keep going without an audience.

**“Who Claps for You?”** isn't a sad song. It's a song meant to make us **think**—about the assumptions we make, the people we overlook, and how something as simple as noticing another human being can matter.

Maybe instead of admiring how little someone seems to need, we should occasionally ask why they learned not to ask.

And maybe today, we can be the person who claps for someone who has been quietly clapping for themselves. 👏❤️

❤️ If this song speaks to you, please share it. Every time you share a Solae Grace song, it reminds me that these words are finding the people who need to hear them—and it inspires me to keep writing, creating, and sharing more music with you. 🎶

🔥 **NEW MUSIC — SOLAE GRACE** 🔥

**AS ONE DOOR CLOSES**

Sometimes the door that closes isn't a loss.

It's a **release.**

We spend so much time knocking, explaining, waiting, hoping someone will reconsider… that we don't notice the road opening right in front of us.

This song is for that moment when you finally stop knocking.

When you stop asking permission.

When you realize rejection may have simply redirected you toward something **bigger.**

🎸 Rock. Soul. Grit. And a little grown-woman attitude.

Because sometimes the best response to a closed door is:

**“Keep your door.
Keep your lock.
Hell… keep the whole damn building.
I've got places to go.”**

And maybe that's the lesson.

**As one door closes… ten more open wide.**

Turn it up. 🔥🎸

**CONGRUENCE — Solae Grace**

What happens when the person we show the world begins to align with the person we actually experience ourselves to be?

This song was inspired by the teachings of psychologist **Carl Rogers**, one of the founders of humanistic and person-centered psychology.

Rogers believed that growth doesn't come from someone telling us who we should become. It flourishes in an atmosphere of **empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard**—where we are free to listen more deeply to our own experience.

He called the alignment between our inner experience, our awareness, and what we express **congruence**.

And perhaps that's one of the most beautiful parts of becoming:

Not becoming someone better.

Not becoming someone others expect.

But allowing the distance between who we are and how we live to grow smaller.

**“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” — Carl Rogers**

✨ **KINTSUGI — Solae Grace** ✨

There is a Japanese art called **Kintsugi**—the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold.

The cracks aren't hidden.

They're honored.

Because something that has been broken doesn't have to return to exactly what it was to become beautiful again.

That thought became this song.

**“Pour golden love into the pain.”**

Not shame.
Not pretending.
Not erasing what happened.

Love.

Sometimes healing isn't about hiding the places where life broke us. It's about filling those places with something worthy of what we've survived.

Maybe our scars aren't evidence that we're damaged.

Maybe they're evidence that we **healed.**

🎶 Turn it up, close your eyes, and pour a little golden love into the places that still hurt.

🖤🤍❤️ YIN YANG MIND — Solae Grace
What if being whole was never about being only light?
Yin Yang Mind was born from that question.
We are rarely just one thing. We can carry joy and grief in the same heart. Strength and vulnerability. Certainty and doubt. Peace and fire. We can be healing and still have tender places. We can love where we are and still be becoming.
For a long time, we’re taught to embrace the light and somehow conquer the darkness.
But maybe the darkness isn't always something to defeat.
Maybe some of it gave us depth.
Maybe some of it taught us compassion.
Maybe some of it showed us just how powerful our light really is.
“I don't have to kill the darkness
just to prove that I can shine.
I can hold them both together
in this yin yang mind.”
This song also introduces a sound I've been developing for Solae Grace — Celestial Soul Noir — where jazz, soul, cinematic emotion and a touch of rock meet harp, piano, saxophone and trumpet.
It feels like the perfect home for a song about contradiction, acceptance and becoming whole.
Because perhaps healing isn't choosing one side of ourselves over the other.
Perhaps healing is finally allowing every shade to belong.

✨ It's been a little while... ✨

If you've been wondering where I've been, I wanted to check in.

The past two months have been incredibly full. Along with beginning a new chapter in my counseling career, I've been pouring my heart into writing my next book, The Prayer Garden. It's been a season of growth, reflection, and creating in new ways.

The good news is... I've also been organizing my music catalog, and I'm excited to start sharing more of it with you again.

Today's song, "The Highway of My Life," is especially meaningful to me.

It's about looking back with gratitude instead of regret... recognizing that every detour, every challenge, every unexpected turn has shaped who we are today. It's about reaching a place where we stop asking, "Why did this happen?" and begin saying, "Thank you for bringing me here."

For me, this song reflects something I've learned over the years: the road isn't always easy, but it has always been leading me toward purpose, peace, and becoming the person I was meant to be.

I hope that wherever you are on your own journey, this song reminds you that your story is still unfolding—and that some of the most beautiful miles may still be ahead.

🎵 "The Highway of My Life" will be available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and all major streaming platforms within the next week or two.

Thank you for continuing to walk this journey with me. Your encouragement means more than you know, and I can't wait to share more songs with you from the Solae Grace catalog in the weeks ahead.

With gratitude,

Lynn Marie
