Congratulations to Meridian Healthcare on an exciting new chapter! ✂️🎉 Yesterday, we were honored to join Meridian Healthcare for the ribbon cutting and tour of its new Judge Joseph Donofrio Center Primary Care Space during their Health & Wellness Fair.

This expanded primary care facility represents an important investment in the health and well-being of our community, helping ensure that more Youngstown residents have access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare. Expanding access to primary care is an essential step toward building healthier individuals, stronger families, and a healthier community.

Thank you to Meridian Healthcare for your continued commitment to caring for the Mahoning Valley and for all you do to make integrated physical and behavioral healthcare more accessible.

Congratulations on this exciting milestone—we look forward to seeing the positive impact this new space will have for years to come! 💙

Healing happens when a community chooses compassion. ✨ G.R.A.C.E. Court—Growth Restored, Acceptance, Change & Empowerment—is more than a courtroom. It's a pathway to healing for survivors of human trafficking.

Founded by Judge Renee DiSalvo, this specialized Youngstown Municipal Court program brings together the justice system, behavioral health providers, and community partners to ensure survivors receive the mental health treatment, recovery services, and support they need to rebuild their lives.

In this powerful video, you'll hear from Judge DiSalvo about the importance and impact of G.R.A.C.E. Court and from graduate Stacy, whose story is a moving reminder that recovery is possible when people are met with compassion instead of judgment.

G.R.A.C.E. Court is in session—and changing lives. ⚖️

The Growth Restored, Acceptance, Change & Empowerment (G.R.A.C.E.) Court is a specialized docket within Youngstown Municipal Court created by Judge Renee DiSalvo to support survivors of human trafficking through compassion, accountability, and trauma-informed care.

Instead of treating survivors as their circumstances, G.R.A.C.E. Court connects participants with behavioral health services, recovery resources, housing, counseling, and community support—helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

In this powerful video, Judge DiSalvo shares why she founded G.R.A.C.E. Court, the impact it's making throughout Mahoning County, and why collaborative mental health services are critical to helping survivors heal.
