As a human being, I’m at a loss for words. As a resident of Louisiana, even more so distressed. As a therapist trying to navigate how to support my clients and community I am a part of, I’m continuing to work that out. Hold space and give yourself time to feel your emotions. Know you aren’t alone. Is this post enough? Absolutely not, but we must start somewhere.
