SUITES AT ROUSE -
The Suites at Rouse provides personal care in a gracious setting. Residents enjoy just the right mix of independence and support to meet their individual needs. Five floor plans are available with both one- and two-bedroom options. Each Tuesday, the Suites holds Open House Hours between 2 and 4pm. No appointment necessary! Contact: 814-563-1650

ROUSE CHILDREN'S CENTER-
Rouse Children's Center, located in downtown Youngsville, is a Keystone STAR 4 facility providing care for children 12-months through 12-years old. Our educated and caring staff offers children the opportunity to explore their world with developmentally appropriate activities. Hours of Operation: 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday

BRIDGES ADULT DAY SERVICE -
Located in Warren, Bridges provides a program of activities in a safe environment for adults who need extra assistance or companionship during the day. Our facility provides daytime breaks for regular caregivers and allows individuals to remain at home as long as possible. Bridges is a cost-effective long-term care option. Hours of Operation: 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday

His nomination reads: “Trevor is always smiling and quick to offer help to our residents at the Suites, no matter how big or small the need might be. Recently, he stopped by to ask a resident if he had any more photos to hang in his apartment, remembering how much the resident enjoys displaying his artwork and other photos he buys. Just overhearing that simple but thoughtful conversation was a great reminder of the genuine care our staff shows every day.”

Congratulations to the 2026 Leadership Warren County graduates, including our very own Haley Zdarko!

Haley has been a valued member of the Rouse HR team since 2022 and continues to inspire others through her servant leadership, dedication, and commitment to making a difference in our community.

We are proud of all she has accomplished and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will continue to make.

We also appreciated the special appearance of former Rouse Board President and dedicated community leader Pat Evans, who is actively involved with the Leadership Warren program and had the honor of presenting Haley with her certificate of achievement.

Looks like all those April showers brought some serious growth this May! 🌿

Over the past month, we were excited to welcome 18 new employees to the Rouse team. From caring hands to fresh ideas and positive energy, each new team member helps us continue growing stronger together.
