The Suites at Rouse provides personal care in a gracious setting. Residents enjoy just the right mix of independence and support to meet their individual needs. ROUSE CHILDREN'S CENTER-
Rouse Children's Center, located in downtown Youngsville, is a Keystone STAR 4 facility providing care for children 12-months through 12-years old. Our educated and caring staff offers children the opportunity to explore their world with developmentally appropriate activities. Hours of Operation: 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday

BRIDGES ADULT DAY SERVICE -
Located in Warren, Bridges provides a program of activities in a safe environment for adults who need extra assistance or companionship during the day. Our facility provides daytime breaks for regular caregivers and allows individuals to remain at home as long as possible. Bridges is a cost-effective long-term care option.
