If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but feel nervous, this is the perfect class for you. Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced practice that focuses on gentle movement, stretching, balance, breathing, and relaxation. Every pose is explained, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace. There is no pressure to be flexible or experienced—just come exactly as you are.

Whether it’s your very first class or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, judgment-free space where you can unwind, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed.

Let Hatha be a reminder that you can do challenging things. You push past the thoughts of doubt in your mind and start to feel your body. Each pose builds muscle, strength and confidence that you didn’t think you had. Be proud of yourself. We can hard on ourselves but showing up at all is where you should be proud. You could have stayed in bed this morning and you didn’t. 💛
