I am a proponent of sexual health and believe that patients should feel comfortable discussing this aspect of their care with their providers. I am Dr. William Hasson II, MD, AAHIVS, and I am excited to be a part of the Family Medicine Department in the Kaiser Permanente Napa Medical Offices. I graduated from Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in 2017 and complet
ed my Family Medicine Residency at the University of South Florida in 2020. I practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with a passion for LGBTQ and HIV care. Believing that all aspects of LGBTQ medical care should be within the realm of primary care, I became a credentialed HIV specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. I take pride in delivering competent, holistic, and compassionate care to the diverse population of patients whom a Family Medicine physician has the privilege of serving. I believe in patient advocacy and fostering the physician-patient relationship as one of partnership. I practice medicine with the conviction that success in patient care occurs when patients are empowered to become active and motivated participants in their medical care. I am proud and excited to be an advocate and partner for the Napa-Solano community. My husband and I could not be happier to live in Napa. Having lived in Washington, D.C., New York City, Miami, and most recently Tampa Bay, we thought it was time for a West Coast adventure. Most would describe us as โbon vivantsโ and connoisseurs of fine foods and wines while enjoying a family-centric life shared with close friends. We are thrilled to call Napa home and look forward to our new lives in this wonderful community.
