Volunteering is good for our community—and it’s good for us, too. 💙 Giving our time creates connection, builds a sense of purpose, and is one of the ways we can support living longer, healthier, more meaningful lives.

And we have a great opportunity to get involved this Friday!

SAVOR SAYlove is SAYLove’s one annual fundraiser, supporting the incredible work they do all year long throughout Yuba and Sutter Counties—from neighborhood cleanups and beautification projects to volunteer opportunities and community partnerships that bring people together to create positive change.

📍 Freebirds Baseball Stadium in Marysville

The evening will include dinner, drinks, baseball festivities, games, raffles, fundraising opportunities, and fireworks! ⚾🎆

Volunteers are needed to help make the evening a success.

A few snapshots from some of our amazing walking groups that are continuing to bring our community together! We’re so happy to see these walks continuing on through Live Well Yuba-Sutter:

📍 Yuba-Sutter Mall Walkers — Tuesdays & Fridays at 10 AM
📍 Live Oak Walkers (Live Oak Soccer Park, 9150 Linda St., Live Oak) — Thursdays at 10 AM
📍 Regency Park Walk (Stabler Lane And Parc West Dr, Yuba City) — Wednesdays at 6 PM

And we know these aren’t the only walking groups keeping the momentum going! If you have a community walking group we missed we’d love to give you a shoutout, too! Drop your walk details in the comments and let us know where and when you’re walking!

We are incredibly grateful to Training Zone for selecting Live Well Yuba-Sutter as the nonprofit recipient of the proceeds from this year’s Peach Festival race! 💚🍑

What an incredible gift—and an even more incredible show of community support.

Thank you to Training Zone, every participant who showed up and raced, and all of the volunteers who gave their time and energy to make the event such a success. Every step, every volunteer hour, and every contribution helped make this possible.

These funds will directly support the next chapter of the work started through Blue Zones Project Yuba-Sutter as we build Live Well Yuba-Sutter and continue bringing people and organizations together to create a healthier, happier community.

We are deeply grateful to have partners who believe in this work and in what we can accomplish together. 💚
