🤧 When you're sick, it is tempting to whisper. Most of us have whispered when sick because we think it is helping our voice. However, it's causing more damage. 🤫

🤩 What to do instead? Use something called a Confidential Voice when you must speak. This is when you use a softer, lower intensity voice that is not a whisper.

Parents, you may have some great questions that go unanswered. Ask your SLP for more information so you can have professional guidance while diving into AAC.
