Emotional Regulation: It Starts With Us! ✨

Parenting comes with so many beautiful moments, but also moments that challenge our patience, emotions, and ability to stay calm. And sometimes, we need a little support, too! 🫶

At The Behavior Lab, we believe that when we learn to better understand and care for our own emotions, we’re better equipped to support the little ones who depend on us.

Join us for our next Caregiver Formula connection, where we’ll explore simple ABA and mental health strategies to navigate big feelings, reduce burnout, and create stronger, more meaningful connections with our children. 🩵

Two virtual sessions available:

✨October 14 | 7 PM PST – English
✨October 21 | 9 AM PST – Spanish

Open to families and community throughout California and Texas! 🤎

Because caring for our children starts with caring for ourselves, too. 🫂
