Everyone wants a big dramatic transformation.
Honestly, that’s not usually what happens here.
What I see is something much simpler.
A woman arrives carrying something she’s been dragging around for years. Grief. Shame. Burnout. A story about herself that stopped being true a long time ago.
Then, somewhere between the conversations, the tears, the laughter, the nature, the meals, the medicine, and the moments she finally tells the truth out loud…
she puts it down.
She doesn’t come home as a different person.
She comes home as herself.
A little lighter.
A little clearer.
A little more free.
Funny how healing can look less like becoming someone new and more like finally stopping carrying all the stuff that was never yours to hold in the first place!
Application is in the bio.
