Hi friends! I just wanted to keep you all in the loop. Baby and I are doing wonderful and I plan on staring classes up soon (once I go back to work and establish my nanny.)
I am curious as to what nights to have class? Go back to see nights/times before?
Let me know what is good for you!
I can't wait to be back and looking forward to seeing all of you!

My doctor says I can gently practice on my own for short periods of time to stay active. I miss teaching so so much. Some days I feel lost. Some days I feel like I'm losing touch with who I am. Some days I don't feel like a true yogi. But then I remember how thankful I am for this little man growing inside my body. I'm reminded that he was the universes way of telling me to slow down. He was answer to my prayers. I can't wait to share my practice with him and get back to my loving supportive students.

I have sent out an email to most of my current students. If you did not receive it please call or text me. Unfortunately I have been instructed by my doctor to refrain from exercise and teaching yoga as my pregnancy has become high risk.
Thank you for all of your love and support and I hope to be back in my practice very soon.

Sometimes the best way to reach your potential is to find stillness in the moment. Be present with yourself and ask what can I do today to be better? To be stronger? To be happier?
