A service honoring Tom's life will be held Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, at 2:00pm at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary with interment to follow at the Yukon Cemetery.

A community of family, friends, and supporters gathered together to honor Mother and Daughter Ashley and Adalynn Isom, two lives that illuminated the world every step of their journey. Amongst sorrow and joy, two warrior souls who courageously journeyed through massive challenges in life, yet continued to share their light with the world were celebrated. A village of mourners embraced each other while promising to always carry these legacies with them for the rest of their lives.

La' Dream Love Smith, lovingly known as "Dreamy", filled every day she was given with happiness, smiles, and an incredible amount of love. Dreamy was a joyful and happy baby who always seemed to have a smile to share.
