Today, we share the heartbreaking news that my dad, Joe Fisher, our Papa Joe, has passed away. 🤍

When I took a leap of faith and purchased Mostly Muffins in 2013, it wasn’t the cafe you know today. My dad believed in me and my vision from the very beginning. Through every challenge, every change, and every dream, he never stopped encouraging me.

Many of you have enjoyed our Papa Joe’s Burrito without knowing the story behind the name. It was named after Joe Fisher—a small way to honor the man whose love, support, and belief helped make Desert Buzz what it is today.

His legacy will live on every time someone orders a Papa Joe Burrito.

Thank you, Daddy, for believing in me before anyone else did. I love you, and I’ll carry you with me every day. 🤍 🪽

Our mission has always been to provide compassionate, patient centered hospice care, and we’re honored to expand access so even more families can receive the support they deserve.

Our Dementia Support Group continues to meet every second Tuesday of the month, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible response from our community.

This is a safe, welcoming space where you can share your experiences, ask questions, find support, and connect with others who truly understand. You are not alone.

One of the most rewarding parts of this group is seeing the relief and hope on people's faces when they realize they are doing the very best they can—and that others are walking the same journey.
