Welcome to KProgressive Lifestyle! My name is Katie, and here is a little bit about me. I graduated from the Columbus School of Medical Massage, passed my state boards in January 2024, and received licensure in February 2024. in English and Psychology, as well as a minor in Creative Writing. I always knew that I wanted to pursue something that would allow me to help people,

while also being creative and unique. Since becoming licensed as a Massage Therapist, I have taken a couple continuing education courses. I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Postural Restoration Institute's Myokinematic Restoration Course (the hip course), and ACOLS Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification Course. I look forward to more courses and continuing education, as KProgressive Lifestyle is all about progressive healing for a purposeful life. Welcome, and thank you for being here!

Hi friends!
I wanted to let everyone know that September has been filled, and October is starting to fill up as well.

I’ve been encouraging everyone who’s been in recently to book a couple appointments out, so we can ensure that you receive your service when it’s most convenient for you!

My waitlist is OPEN; however, I cannot guarantee that a spot will become available.

I cannot thank everyone enough for the support, the trust, and the patience you’ve given me.

As we approach our 3rd year of massage, I often come back to the beginning of it all. I think about how I started with one client, and now I have all these amazing friends.

To say that I am blessed is an understatement. I’ve put in a lot of hard work, sweat, and tears to get to where I am now — but I wouldn’t be anywhere close to where I am today without YOU.

It is an honor and privilege to be in your corner, and to have you in mine 🫶 See ya’ll in the studio!!

I am on crutches because of my injury, but I was cleared for seated massage!
As of right now, I can only massage neck/shoulders/arms/feet. Physical therapy starts next week, so I’m hoping to make some progress and get back to regular massages soon!
Thank you all for being so kind, patient, and understanding with me during this time. It’s been devastating to be out of work for so long, but I couldn’t be happier to slowly get back into it 🤗

Hello friends,
I have somehow managed to pull my groin!
I am in a lot of pain and can barely walk, but I’ve already seen my doctor for some help.
However, I will be cancelling sessions for today and probably tomorrow. So, if you’re scheduled with me, and I cancel, rest assured I will do my best to still see you within the month!
As of right now, I will be resting and taking it easy.
