Shrivers Hospice Referral Advocate Michelle had a wonderful time celebrating July birthdays with the residents at TheThe HomeStead of Coshocton providing ice cream cones and prizes. From birthday fun to furry visits from Cooper the Goldendoodle, it was a day filled with laughter, joy, and meaningful moments.

Moving a loved one into a nursing home or assisted living facility can bring many emotions. While the surroundings may change, what matters most is that they continue to feel loved, supported, and connected.

This week, we'll be sharing helpful tips and encouragement to support families as they navigate the transition into facility living. We hope these posts provide comfort, guidance, and reassurance along the way.

Simple ways to help with the transition:
