Our Behavioral Health program began with just ONE part-time therapist.

Today, that seed has grown into:

🌱 5 interns joining the team and receiving quality education and supervision
🤝 A partnership with Community Mental Health of Ottawa County
🧠 Capacity to serve approximately 100 clients
💬 More than 2,000 individual counseling sessions last year

And through all that growth, the heart of the work remains the same: providing compassionate, stigma-free mental health care to people who might otherwise go without.

One vision became thousands of conversations.

Nuestro programa de Salud Mental comenzó con solo UN terapeuta de medio tiempo.

Hoy, esa semilla ha crecido a:

🌱 5 practicantes que se unirán al equipo, recibiendo educación y supervisión de calidad
🤝 Una colaboración con Community Mental Health of Ottawa County

When you hear “access to healthcare,” what comes to mind first?

A. Being able to afford the visit
B. Finding someone who will listen
C. Getting help with more than one health concern
D. All of the above

For many of our patients, the answer is D.

A typical clinic evening can include patients with chronic conditions, medication needs, anxiety, pain, infections, follow-up care, and people who have gone years without regular healthcare. In one historical Tuesday-night snapshot, 20 patients were seen and 11 were new to the clinic.

That’s the impact of access: a place where someone can walk in with one concern and be cared for as a whole person.
