We had so much fun at Rock the Block yesterday meeting families, handing out some goodies, and getting to be part of such a fun night in Westfield.

Meet Sadie! 💚🎨

Sadie Minnigan, LMHCA, ATR-P, is one of the art therapists at our Westfield office and is currently accepting new clients ages 16+.

Sadie uses both traditional talk therapy and art therapy to help clients explore what they’re feeling in a way that works for them. For those who are interested, art can offer another way to express the things that aren’t always easy to put into words. And no art experience is needed! 😊

Whether it’s through talk, art, or a little bit of both, Sadie works with each client to find an approach that feels comfortable and supportive.
