Hay lugares que no solo entran por los ojos. Lugares que detienen el ruido mental, nos reconectan con la calma y nos recuerdan lo esencial.
​A veces, mirar la naturaleza es solo la excusa perfecta para volver a habitarnos. 🌿

There are places that go far beyond what the eyes can see. Places that quiet the mind, reconnect us with peace, and remind us of what truly matters.
​Sometimes, taking in nature is simply the doorway back to ourselves. 🌿

​Aunque hoy en día muchas disciplinas se combinan, el Reiki japonés tradicional tiene su propia raíz, su propia filosofía y una forma de práctica muy clara y definida. 💭
