Se forma un cálculo dentro del sistema pélvico del riñón y viaja hacia el uréter. El cálculo bloquea el flujo normal de o***a, haciendo que el sistema pélvico del riñón se dilate (hidronefrosis).
🙈 Este bloqueo puede provocar:
· Cólico renal (grave, ondas de dolor)
• Pielonefritis obstructiva (infección renal con fiebre, escalofríos)
🙏 Si el flujo de o***a no se restablece a tiempo, el riñón afectado puede sufrir una pérdida irreversible de la función.
❗️ No ignore el dolor severo en el flanco, la sangre en la o***a o la fiebre. El diagnóstico precoz y el tratamiento salvan los riñones.
